Matthias Ernst

Matthias Ernst has a diverse background in business, entrepreneurship, and technology. Currently, Matthias is the Co-Founder of ARRtist Circus, aiming to build The Tomorrowland for Sales and Success. Prior to that, Matthias founded and managed ARRtist, a B2B SaaS Hub for the German speaking region. Matthias also has experience as a Podcast Host and Producer, analyzing startup deals on "Löwengeflüster." Earlier in their career, Matthias founded and served as Managing Director of XLETIX GmbH, overseeing its acquisition in 2018. Matthias also held CEO roles at ABSOLVENTA and worked in strategy at McKinsey & Company. With a background in software development at Siemens, Matthias holds an MBA in Economics and an MSc in IT.
