Chris Kyle

Chris Kyle currently serves as the Executive Director and Associate General Counsel at ARS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Since January 2025, Chris has been advising on various legal matters within the pharmaceutical industry. Previously, Chris was Senior Counsel for Addiction Sciences US at Indivior from August 2021 to January 2025, acting as the chief product counsel for SUBLOCADE®. Chris's prior experience includes working as a Government Enforcement and White Collar Investigations Attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from 2013 to 2021, focusing on complex investigations across multiple industries. Additional roles include logistics and planning for high-profile events with the U.S. Department of State, the Presidential Inaugural Committee, and various political campaigns. Chris earned a JD in Environmental Law from American University Washington College of Law and a BA in English from The Johns Hopkins University.
