Nick Rueb, CPA, MSA

Nick Rueb, CPA, MSA has worked in the accounting and financial reporting field since 2011. Nick began their career as a Relationship Banker at JPMorgan Chase Bank in 2011. In 2013, they became an Assurance Intern at EY and in 2014, they were promoted to Assurance Senior, where they were responsible for leading and directing multiple engagement teams to timely complete year-end audits and quarterly reviews. In 2018, they joined Rakuten Medical as Manager, Accounting and Financial Reporting. In 2019, they moved to Bionano Genomics, Inc. as Manager, Accounting and SEC Reporting. In 2020, they joined Evofem Biosciences as Associate Director, SEC Reporting & SOX Compliance and was later promoted to Senior Manager, SEC Reporting & SOX Compliance. Nick is currently Director, SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at ARS Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Nick Rueb obtained their Master of Science in Accountancy from San Diego State University. Nick also holds a CPA certification from the California Board of Accountancy.
