William Rowley is an experienced therapist and counselor currently serving as a Weekend Therapist at Seabrook Rehab since October 2022 and specializing as an IOP/Co-Occurring Counselor and Substance Abuse Counselor at ARS Treatment Centers since February 2021. William has also been a Counseling Consultant at Breaking The Bondage since August 2017, where responsibilities include educating intensive supervision parolees about career options, providing feedback on job openings, and enhancing self-esteem through positive reinforcement. Previous experience includes a role as a Recovery Support Specialist at Recovery Centers of America from December 2019 to May 2021. William holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences from Wilmington University, and several associate degrees and career certificates from Cumberland County College in areas such as Business Management and Child Advocacy.
