Patrick Seiler

Patrick Seiler, MS, CMA, is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at ARSA - Advanced Reconstructive Surgery Alliance since June 2025, Seiler previously held senior leadership positions, including President and CFO at Spire Orthopedic Partners and CFO at RestorixHealth and AMT, where significant financial achievements included successful debt financing and the integration of financial systems. Additional roles encompassed CFO/COO at Focus Ventures LLC, where management of diverse healthcare assets was key, and CFO at TransCare, where comprehensive re-engineering of finance and accounting functions was implemented.
