Johanna Öman

Johanna Öman has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Johanna is currently the Chief Creative Officer at SaveExpats, Inc. as of June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a UX/UI Consultant Manager and Director at Arsaga Partners, Inc. starting in February 2020. Johanna also has experience as a Cast member at NHK, Japan Broadcasting Corporation since September 2016.

Johanna has also been self-employed as an Independent Professional since April 2016, where they have worked with various organizations such as Eurospace, Liv. Li, Sweden House, NHK, TV Tokyo, Takashimaya, EU, Yasuragi, Jibun Mirai Club, Embassy of Sweden, and Swedish Chamber of Commerce.

Johanna has past experience as a Product Designer at Necomesi ltd. from May 2019 to February 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Manager at 株式会社スカンジナビアビューティーサービス (Scandinavian Beauty Service) from November 2017 to March 2019. In this role, they focused on digital transformation, UX/UI development of websites, product launches, and internal brand renewal.

Johanna's earlier experience includes working as a Front Office Receptionist (Sales & Service) at Yasuragi from December 2010 to March 2016, as well as serving as Press and Information personnel at the Embassy of Sweden from August 2015 to February 2016.

Johanna Öman received their Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Stockholm University in 2014. Johanna then pursued a Master's degree in Social Sciences at the same university, graduating in 2017. During their studies, they participated in an exchange program at Waseda University in 2016-2017, focusing on International Communication.
