Alison Connor

Alison Connor is an experienced professional in investor relations, currently serving as Vice President at Arsenal Capital Partners since December 2024. Prior to this role, Alison held positions at Lightyear Capital as Senior Associate and at Paine Schwartz Partners as Associate in investor relations, following a tenure at Neuberger Berman where roles included Client Associate and Client Analyst in the Institutional Client Group. Alison's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with an Italian Minor from William & Mary, complemented by studies at Loyola University Chicago and The London School of Economics and Political Science. Educational foundations were built at The Hotchkiss School and The Spence School.
