Jennifer Breuer is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Arsenal Credit Union since February 2025, Jennifer previously held the position of Director of Finance for the City of Florissant from June 2023 to February 2025. With a background as a Finance Consultant at Robert Half from May 2020 to June 2023 and Assistant Finance Director for St. Louis County from May 2013 to August 2018, Jennifer has a solid foundation in financial management. Additionally, Jennifer contributed to Washington University in St. Louis in the Gift and Life Income area from March 2008 to May 2013. Jennifer holds a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from California Intercontinental University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Medaille University.
