James Carleton has a range of work experience in the oil and gas industry. James started their career as a Service Specialist 2 at Halliburton Completion Tools in 2011 and worked there until 2014. After that, they joined NCS Multistage, where they held various roles, including Field Service Supervisor, Operations Coordinator, U.S. Operations Manager, District Manager, and Account Manager. In 2019, they joined Arsenal Inc. as the VP of Operations.
James Carleton attended Sam Houston State University from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Management.
