Alexander Cox

Alexander Cox is a seasoned football coach with extensive experience in youth development and talent identification. Currently serving as the Pre-Academy & Advanced Development Squad Coach at Arsenal F.C. since August 2021, Alexander specializes in foundation and youth development phases. Prior roles include Football Lead & Sport Enrichment Officer at West Ham United Foundation, where a successful Football Development Plan was implemented, and International Football Development Coach at Burnley Football Club, focusing on programs for all ages. With earlier coaching stints at AFC Wimbledon and grassroots clubs, alongside a background in media as a Camera Operator for WDSportz, Alexander brings a comprehensive skill set to football development, backed by a Bachelor's degree in Football Studies from Solent University.
