Michael Chalkley

Michael Chalkley is a dedicated football professional currently serving as the 12-16 Grassroots Coordinator and Lead Acquisition Football Scout at Arsenal F.C. since November 2023. Additionally, Michael is the founder of Chalkley's Football Academy, which focuses on developing young football talent through structured training sessions and showcase matches. Previous experience includes roles as a scout at Crystal Palace Football Club, Fleetwood Town Football Club, and as an independent scout. Michael also has coaching experience with Reigate Priory FC and Project Favela in Brazil. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Science from St Mary’s University and A Levels in Sport and Public Service from Reigate Sixth Form College.
