Oscar Kotting McMillan

Oscar Kotting McMillan is an accomplished performance analyst with extensive experience in youth football development. Currently serving as an Academy Performance Analyst at Arsenal F.C. since August 2021, Oscar has previously worked with U.S. Soccer Federation as a Video Analyst, supporting the USWYT camp in Frankfurt. Oscar's background includes a role at Charlton Athletic Football Club as an Academy Performance Analyst and at AFC Wimbledon, where pre, live, and post-match analyses were provided for the under-18 team. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Professional Development: Performance Analysis from St. Mary's University and a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science from Kingston University. Additionally, Oscar has coaching experience as part of a team at Kingston University, managing the 2nd football team.
