Ryan Worthy

Ryan Worthy is the Vice President of Partnership Development at Arsenal FC, where they lead the US Commercial Office and serve as the first employee of Arsenal FC's US operations since 2025. Previously, they held various ticket sales positions at the Philadelphia Union from 2017 to 2018, followed by a role in Corporate Partnerships at the same organization from 2018 to 2022. Ryan then worked as a Senior Manager in Corporate Partnerships for the Washington Commanders from 2022 to 2024, where they secured over $90 million in new partnership revenue. Ryan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism and Business from the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State between 2012 and 2016.
