Steven Fraser

Steven Fraser is an experienced football coach with a significant background in talent identification and youth development. Currently serving as an Academy Coach at Arsenal F.C. since January 2017, Steven has also held roles such as Talent ID and Football Development Officer with The Football Association, where responsibilities included overseeing various teams and establishing community programs. Previous positions include Youth Development Phase Lead Coach at Watford Football Club and Assistant Coach at London Bees, alongside scouting roles at Huddersfield Town and Crystal Palace. Steven's expertise extends to training goalkeepers as well as coaching for the Great Britain Women's Football Team at the World University Games. With a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management from the University of Sussex, Steven has contributed to coaching clinics at prestigious events such as the UEFA Champions League Final.
