Tatiana Elaguila is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand activation and partnerships within the sports industry. Currently serving as Brand Activation Manager at Arsenal F.C. since August 2014, Tatiana leads brand marketing initiatives for Arsenal Women and oversees the development of talent and influencer marketing strategies. Previously, as Brand Partnerships Manager, Tatiana managed a team focused on sponsorship strategy for notable commercial partners such as Mastercard and PepsiCo. Earlier career roles include Commercial Assistant at The Premier League and Marketing Assistant at Lowe Profero. Tatiana holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Queen Mary University of London and has a diverse educational background, including voluntary teaching experience in Kolkata.
