Thomas Baldwin

Thomas Baldwin is a dedicated football coach with diverse experience in women's youth football. Since October 2021, Thomas has held the position of Women's Academy Coach at Arsenal F.C., where initial involvement as a voluntary support coach led to various roles including assistant coach and head coach. In addition to this role, Thomas served as a Tournament Football Analyst for FIFA in 2024 and worked as a Community Coach with Watford FC's Community Sports and Education Trust from April to October 2023, further honing coaching skills in youth football at schools in Hertfordshire. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Business Insight Analyst at Practice to Progress from July 2021 to April 2023, focusing on business improvement and data analysis, and a position as a Recreation Assistant at the University of Exeter from September 2018 to July 2021. Thomas holds an MSc in Football Coaching and Analysis from UCFB, expected to be completed in June 2025, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Italian Languages from the University of Exeter. Early education was completed at Aylesbury Grammar School.
