Carlos Pagaduan has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Carlos started their career as a Lead Medication Technician at Oakmont Senior Living in 2019, where they provided direct care to residents with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Carlos administered medications, recorded patient details, and monitored their responses to treatment plans.

In 2020, Carlos worked as a Behavioral Health Technician at Elwyn, assisting individuals with developmental disabilities in daily activities. Carlos observed and documented resident conditions and behaviors, while also helping them achieve their individualized program goals.

Carlos then served as a Rehabilitation Assistant at Vibra Healthcare in 2021, where they supported occupational and physical therapists in providing therapy to patients with stroke, brain injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries. Carlos recorded vital signs and effectively communicated with the therapy team.

From 2021 to 2022, Carlos worked at Invitae as a Clinical Lab Operations - Accessioner. Carlos processed clinical samples in a BSL-2 lab, utilized various platforms for troubleshooting and issue resolution, and cross-trained on specialized teams. Carlos also piloted a sub-team (Project Mashi) that improved productivity and efficiency.

Currently, Carlos is a Laboratory Operations Technician II at ArsenalBio, starting in 2022.

Carlos Pagaduan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Sonoma State University, where they attended from 2017 to 2021. In December 2019, they also obtained a certification in CPR/AED/First Aid from the Health & Safety Institute (HSI).
