Wendy N. has over 10 years of experience in the scientific field. Wendy'smost recent position is as a Principal Scientist at ArsenalBio since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at D2G Oncology, where they held the role of Principal Scientist from December 2020 to March 2022, and Research Scientist from December 2019 to December 2020. Wendy also has experience as a Principal Scientist at Inflammatix, Inc. from August 2017 to March 2019, where they led efforts to develop rapid and user-friendly real-time qPCR assays.

Earlier in their career, Wendy served as a Senior Staff Scientist at Thermo Fisher Scientific from March 2016 to August 2017, where they played a key role in the development, validation, and manufacturing transfer of infectious disease qPCR detection assay and control kits. Wendy also coordinated cross-division efforts to develop a novel HLA typing product. Prior to that, they held the position of Staff Scientist from June 2012 to March 2016 at the same company.

Wendy's experience also includes a role as a Staff Scientist at Telomere Diagnostics, Inc. from December 2010 to June 2012. In this role, they oversaw the technical development and day-to-day operations of a startup laboratory focusing on Telomere Length (TL) measurements using qPCR technology. Wendy successfully set up the lab infrastructure and led the R&D findings through validation, technology transfer, and clinical trials.

Earlier in their career, Wendy was a Scientist at Thermo Fisher Scientific from January 2010 to November 2010. During this time, they contributed to the technology transfer and commercialization of three separate probe-based TaqMan qPCR products/applications. Wendy actively participated in various stages of the Product Commercialization Process (PCP) and performed critical research and development functions.

Wendy N. has demonstrated expertise in qPCR assay development, validation, technology transfer, and clinical trials. Wendy has a strong track record of leading research teams, coordinating cross-division efforts, and successfully bringing products to market.

Wendy N. has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Microbiology from Shandong University. Wendy then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Currently, Wendy N. is a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) candidate in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Kansas State University.
