Deborah Harden has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries and roles. Their most recent position is as a Technical Project Manager at ARServices, where they started in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CRDF Global as a Senior Program Manager from August 2020 to January 2022, overseeing projects in Biological Threat Reduction, Proliferation Prevention, and Nonproliferation and Disarmament Programs. Their earlier career includes roles as a Major in the United States Air Force from October 1985 to October 2005, as well as positions at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency as a Program Manager, Deputy Division Chief, and Program Integration Officer from May 2000 to September 2005, at the USAF Special Operations School as a Division Chief from October 1997 to May 2000, and at HQ AF Special Operations Command as Chief, Space Systems Operations from October 1996 to October 1997.

Deborah Harden completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Deborah then pursued a Master of Science degree in Biosecurity from George Mason University, attending the institution from 2011 to 2014. In addition, Deborah obtained a Project Manager Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2015.
