Shangrila Johnson

Mrs. Johnson has over 15 years of wide-ranging human resources experience and has held senior leadership roles in several growing and acquired organizations. She has extensive experience working in a variety of industries, including defense, non-profit, hospitality, healthcare, services, and software.

Before joining ARServices in 2021, Ms. Johnson held human resources positions with To Thrive Consulting Group, Amida Technology Solutions, B-Line Medical, Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation (PIRE), and Praxis, Inc.

A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR), she holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland, and is currently pursuing her Executive Leadership Coaching certification from George Mason University.
