Kenda Garcia

Kenda Garcia is an experienced operations manager currently with ARSIEM Corporation since July 2019, and a growth driver/recruiter at Keller Williams Flagship of MD since May 2018, where Kenda has significantly contributed to the brand's expansion in Maryland by meeting growth goals and managing recruitment efforts for over 20 teams. Previously, Kenda served as the team leader and recruiter for the Welcome Homes Team at RE/MAX Victory from 2013 to January 2016, achieving over 100% growth per agent and overseeing various operational activities.
