Swadhin Patnaik

Swadhin Patnaik has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Executive at ARSS Infrastructure Projects Limited since February 2013, where responsibilities include understanding manpower structure and managing recruitment processes for engineering graduates. Previously, Swadhin held the position of Management Trainee-HR at the same company, focusing on MIS preparation, statutory compliance, and reporting. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HR and Finance from the Regional College of Management and a B.Sc. in Human Genetics, Biotechnology, and Biochemistry from Andhra University. Additionally, Swadhin completed an internship with Vedanta Aluminium Ltd., concentrating on CSR activities in mining.
