Albert Cahana

Albert Cahana has held a variety of executive positions since 1990. In that year, they founded and served as CEO of AFIC Technologies, Inc., where they developed and pioneered an innovative database distribution system based on Sybase and built a highly profitable consulting division. The company was acquired by Mint in 1994. Afterward, Cahana worked as an independent consultant until 1998, when they founded and served as CEO of Bluesoft (later changed to AeroScout). During their tenure, they conceptualized the idea of using RF signals to measure distance between point A to B in an ad hoc environment. In 2002, Cahana became CEO of a real estate developer, and in 2007, they founded and served as CEO of Ayala's Herbal Water, where they envisioned consumers' need for a zero calorie all natural beverage. From 2015 to 2021, Cahana served as CEO of Mercury Consulting Group, Inc., where they were a strategy and innovation consultant to several tech startups. Currently, they are President & CEO of Art Center Canvas Software, a SaaS Enterprise Management Platform for community-based organizations such as art centers, music schools, museums, and cultural and community centers.

Albert Cahana has a diverse educational background. Albert earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University between 1981 and 1984. Albert then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Computer Science from New York University between 1986 and 1988. Finally, they completed a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tel Aviv University between 1996 and 1998.
