Constantin Hoss has a diverse work experience in the real estate and hospitality industry. Constantin started their career as a Trainee at Six Senses Resorts & Spas in 2009. Constantin then joined tophotel consultants as a Trainee in 2011. In 2012, they had a Trainee role at Christie + Co. In 2013, they worked as a Trainee at Aareal Bank. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Aareal Bank AG in the role of Special Property Finance - Hotel Properties. In 2016, they joined Art-Invest Real Estate as an Investment Manager Hotels. Constantin progressed within the company and held roles such as Senior Investment Manager Hotels and currently serves as the Head of Asset Management Hotels.

Constantin Hoss completed their Bachelor of Business degree in Hospitality Management at Victoria University from 2010 to 2011. Constantin then pursued a Diplom-Betriebswirt in Business Administration and Hospitality Management at IUBH School of Business and Management from 2008 to 2012.

In 2013, Constantin Hoss attended Georgia State University where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Constantin studied at Georgia State University from 2013 to 2014.

Continuing their educational journey, Constantin Hoss enrolled at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Real Estate from 2012 to 2015.

Finally, in 2019, Constantin Hoss attended the AWI Akademie der Wohnungs- und Immobilienwirtschaft, where they achieved an Immobilien-Techniker (AWI/VDIV BW) degree in Real Estate, during the same year.
