Stephan Goetsch is an experienced investment manager currently working at Art-Invest Real Estate since August 2020, where the roles have included investment manager, junior investment manager, and trainee. Prior experience includes a position as a Werkstudent at BMP Baumanagement GmbH from February 2017 to June 2020 and a freelance role at mga-consult GmbH in 2016. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Architecture with a focus on Project Management and Real Estate Economics from Cologne University of Applied Sciences, attained from 2017 to 2020, and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the same institution, completed from 2013 to 2017.
