Eric Sandstrom is a seasoned event professional with extensive experience in catering and event planning. As Co-Owner of Art of Catering since September 2019, Eric has played a pivotal role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Prior to this, Eric served as an Event Coordinator for The Art of Catering from October 2010 to March 2023, specializing in weddings and large-scale events. Earlier career highlights include working as Events Sales Manager at Meriwether's Restaurant and Skyline Farm, where corporate and private events were organized, and as an Event Coordinator at The Vibrant Table. Eric holds a degree from the University of Oregon, earned between 1978 and 1982.
