Art of Mentoring

Creating mentoring relationships that work to satisfy human connection and produce unexpectedly pleasing results for people and their organisations Art of Mentoring mobilises the mentors in communities to grow members or employees in Associations, Companies and Government Bodies. Our mentoring products help you attract, engage, develop and retain your valued members or employees. Art of Mentoring was developed to meet a need for technology enabled mentoring resources for organisations looking for better value-for-money. Our evidence-based content is available online so it is accessible anywhere, anytime to mentoring program managers, mentors and mentees. What our clients say: "We have used the Art of Mentoring team twice at Toyota to design and deliver mentoring programs. The first highly successful program was one for female managers. This time we are using mentoring to support the company and our people to make the transition out of local manufacturing. Art of Mentoring consultants are entirely managing the program for us so we can focus on the business. Their resources are world-class, customer care is fabulous – we really feel like they are on our team." - Deborah Bacon, Project Manager at Toyota Australia
