Art + Healing is a creative wellness practice and community rooted in the belief that art can be both expressive and restorative.

We specialize in guided paint gatherings, creative wellness activations, and storytelling-driven experiences for women, teams, and community-centered organizations. Our work sits at the intersection of creativity and wellness by offering spaces where women can slow down, reconnect with their creativity, and feel supported without pressure or perfection.

Art + Healing offerings include:
✿ Guided paint gatherings and creative circles for women
✿ Private and corporate creative wellness experiences
✿ Affirmation-based art prints designed to support reflection and grounding
✿ Creativity & Connection prompt cards that encourage conversation, self-reflection, and art ideas

What makes Art + Healing gatherings unique is that they are content-first experiences. Each gathering is intentionally designed to generate beautiful photo and video content, including event photos, short-form video, and reels that partners can use for marketing, branding, and social media.

Art + Healing is led by artist, photographer, videographer, and creative wellness facilitator Zebrina Lee, whose work blends painting, storytelling, and intentional experience design to help individuals and communities reconnect with creativity as a form of care.

✨ Whether you’re attending a gathering, hosting an experience at your space, or bringing creative wellness into your organization, Art + Healing offers spaces that nurture people and celebrate creativity as self-care.
