Rob Palmer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic consulting across multiple industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at Art Sentry since January 2019, Rob leads initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and team development. As President of Vital Performance, Inc. since 2013, Rob specializes in coaching growth companies towards sustainable success. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at JD Byrider Systems, where Rob implemented significant organizational changes, and President of a successful JD Byrider franchise. With early career experience in management consulting and finance at GE, Rob possesses a strong foundation in operational effectiveness and strategic planning, complemented by an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
