Dave Schofield

Dave joined the MacPherson's Team in May of 2018, and serves as the company's CEO & President, and a member of the Board of Directors. He has a deep and rich background of leadership experience from a wide range of customer service centric industries. He has an excellent track record building high performing companies, forging powerful relationships with his teams and customers and is laser focused on delivering the kind of top-notch customer service that they pride themselves on at every level of their company.

Dave held top senior leadership positions at Office Depot, PIP Printing, Rexall Sundown, Inc., Skylight Healthcare Systems, and Restaurant Revolution Technologies. Dave has extensive experience as a CEO and is a firm believer in developing very positive relationships - with clients, vendors, partners, investors and employees. Being responsive, taking accountability, maintaining the highest levels of integrity at all times, being forthright and honest, all of these traits build trust and confidence. Creating the right culture that drives all of these values results in a winning team and a successful company.

Dave is a strategic thinker who has developed and executed numerous highly successful strategic business plans, resulting in significant growth and increased profitability. All of his experience, which spans domestic and international operations, will be leveraged to continue to build MacPherson's as the global leader within the industry.

Dave received his BS in Accounting from San Diego State University and MBA from Pepperdine University.
