Jennifer Struchen

Jennifer Struchen has extensive experience in finance and business operations. Jennifer is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at MacPherson's since 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at DoubleRadius, Inc. from 2014 to 2022. Jennifer successfully led financial performance assessments, long-term planning, expense tracking, and automation projects at DoubleRadius. Jennifer also boosted customer and employee satisfaction by transitioning the company to an ESOP. Before joining DoubleRadius, Jennifer worked as the Assistant Director of Finance and Business Operations at the Town of Indian Trail from 2009 to 2014. Jennifer standardized and improved finance and operational practices while managing transactions and balance sheet reconciliations. Jennifer began their career as a Controller at Lightworks Electrical Contractors Inc. from 1997 to 2006. Jennifer played a crucial role in the company's growth and built accounting and project financial systems. Jennifer successfully addressed cost flow challenges and supported the startup's expansion.
