Michael O'Reilly

Michael joined MacPhersons as CFO in 2020 after serving two-years as a member of the Board of Directors. He leads the finance, accounting and IT areas for MacPhersons. Michael combines a drive for results with his passion for developing high-performing teams to drive effective change in organizations.

Michael has held senior-leadership positions in several large and medium-sized companies including PepsiCo, Gap and Eventbrite. He led the digital transformation for Gap's Athleta brand and Perricone MD while also leading the finance functions for Banana Republic and Choice Hotels. Michael's Big-5 roots run deep as he holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Temple University and a MBA from Villanova University.

When not working you can find Michael skiing, cycling, hiking or in the kitchen cooking with his wife and three children.
