Chief People Officer at MacPherson's

Molly joined MacPherson's in 2017 to lead the People Organization and most recently stepped into the role of Chief People Officer. With over 20 years of experience implementing strategic people programs and processes to a variety of organizations & industries, including tech, retail, and fitness, she brings passion and creativity to her role. Molly's entire professional journey led to a perfect fit to lead the People Organization at MacPhersons and especially in her role that focuses on the intersection of people and business strategy. Molly also has stepped into leading the Creative Services, Social Media, and Corporate Communications organizations and partnering with Dave Schofield, CEO to ensure strategy execution.

An artist at heart, Molly, was raised by a mother who was an artist and in a family that always foster creative expression. And though Molly majored in Psychology at the University of Colorado, Boulder, you would often find her in the Art Building taking a painting, pottery, sculpture, or color theory class. Her vision for MacPherson's is driven by a creative, human, and innovative approach. She leads her organization in building and fostering a creativity-rich environment that empowers individual employees and the organization as a whole.
