Bora U. is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Managing Director of Art Works Projects since February 2021, advocating for human rights through design and the arts. As the Owner and Principal Consultant of Bora Un Consulting, LLC, Bora U. provides culturally competent consulting services in organizational strategy and partnership development. With a rich background in alumni relations and volunteer engagement, Bora U. held several roles at the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, including Senior Director of Alumni Relations & Giving Programs and Associate Director of Volunteer Relations. Early career experiences include positions at the Youth Job Center of Evanston, Edison Learning, Studio Blue, Inc, and CDI Holdings, demonstrating a diverse skill set in program management, communication, and education. Bora U. holds a BA in English from Wellesley College and an MA in Creative Writing from Northwestern University.
