Melissa-Ann Chan has worked in various marketing and business management roles throughout their career. Melissa-Ann is currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Arta Finance since 2021. Prior to this, Melissa-Ann worked at Google for several years, holding positions such as Head of Product Marketing for Google Pay, Product Marketing Lead for Payments for Next Billion Users, Product & Marketing Manager for Retail Marketing, Marketing Manager for Ads Platforms, and Associate Marketing Manager for Ads Platforms (Sell-side). Melissa-Ann also served as the Asia-Pacific Publisher Engagement Lead and an AdSense Account Strategist during their time at Google. Before joining Google, Melissa-Ann gained experience as a Business Management Executive at DDB Group Australia in 2006.
Melissa-Ann Chan attended UNSW from 2000 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce alongside a Bachelor of Arts. During their time at UNSW, their field of study included Marketing, Business Economics, Politics and International Relations, and Chinese Studies.
