Dr. Armand Hermawan CA CPA CMA is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chairman of the Asian Payment Network and President Director of Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis, Armand has a robust background in financial technology and strategic execution. Previous positions include Senior Advisor to the President Director and Director of Strategy at PT. Indosat Tbk, as well as various roles in infrastructure and telecommunications with PT. Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia, where significant achievements include leading corporate strategies and successfully closing over 25 infrastructure transactions. Dr. Armand holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Newcastle, a Master of Commerce and Management from Lincoln University, and has completed executive education at prestigious institutions such as Wharton and NYU Stern.
