Prior experience includes leadership roles at Precision Castparts, Millennium Forge Inc., Consolidated Industries, Lenape Forged Products Corporation, Wyman Gordon, and Goodrich, showcasing a strong background in forging, operations management, engineering, and quality assurance across various high-stakes manufacturing environments. Ian Mitchell holds both an MS in Materials Science & Engineering and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
