Jefferson dos Santos MBA, BSc. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management, continuous improvement, and strategic planning across various industries. Currently serving as the Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager at ARTAZN™ since August 2020, Jefferson oversees a team of over 20 quality professionals and has successfully implemented document control software and a company-wide integrated management system, achieving IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 certification recommendations. Prior to ARTAZN™, Jefferson held significant roles at Nissan Motor Corporation, delivering substantial cost savings and leading cross-functional teams, and Gerdau Special Steel, where strategic initiatives resulted in increased EBITDA and market share growth. Jefferson’s educational background includes an MBA from the University of Michigan and degrees in Production Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
