Eugene Zeleny

Eugene Zeleny is a seasoned designer and engineer with extensive experience across various industries, including theater, product development, and education. Currently serving as a designer at Artbarn Community Theater since September 2021, Eugene specializes in technical directing and design for costumes, props, and sets. As a freelance fabricator and designer at WouldWork Shop since December 2009, focus has been on consumer products through iterative design and user testing. Eugene also teaches art and woodworking to young students at Minni Space LLC and has held engineering roles at Voxel8, Farm Design, Inc., and other companies, where sophisticated mechanical and product designs were developed. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Technological Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University, Eugene combines engineering skills with entrepreneurial insight to drive innovation in both individual and collaborative projects.
