Steve Chance is an experienced operations and project management professional with a comprehensive background in various roles within the logistics and transportation sectors. Currently serving as Operations Interface Manager and Area Manager at ARTC since September 2019, Steve previously held positions such as Shift Manager at Hutchison Ports and Project Manager for the Newcastle & Hunter Region at Fredon. With extensive expertise gained from roles at Asciano, Patrick Corporation, P&O Ports, National Rail Corporation, FreightCorp, and Freight Rail, Steve has developed a strong foundation in terminal management, logistics, and infrastructure management. Educationally, Steve holds multiple qualifications, including a Diploma of Leadership and Management from the Australian Qualifications Framework and a degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
