Wayne Johnson has over 15 years of leadership experience in Australia's resources, freight, and logistics industries. Wayne is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at ARTC, where they are responsible for managing complex supply chain logistics and increasing efficiencies for customers. Wayne has also held other senior roles in customer service, operations, and innovation at ARTC. Prior to joining ARTC, they worked as the Capacity Planning Manager at Hunter Valley Coal Chain Coordinator and as the Operations Manager at Newcastle Coal Infrastructure Group. Wayne's previous experience also includes roles at Rio Tinto, Port Waratah Coal Services, and Bengalla Mining Company Pty Limited.

Wayne Johnson obtained an MBA in Executive Management from the University of Newcastle from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Post Grad Cert in Management at Charles Sturt University from 2006 to 2008.
