Andrei Vakulenko

Chief Business Development Officer at Artec 3D

Andrei Vakulenko has extensive experience in business development, venture capital, and leadership roles. Andrei currently serves as the Chief Business Development Officer at Artec 3D and previously held the position of VP of New Markets at the same company. Prior to that, Andrei was a Partner at Next Stop Ventures and served as the Co-founder and CEO of InQubit. Andrei also worked as a Partner at Troika Ventures, a venture arm of Troika Dialog, and held various roles at NPO INFORM, including CEO & Shareholder and Director of Business Development. Andrei has also served as CEO at Enhanced Spectrometry, Terasense, and Idea Incubator. Additionally, they have experience in the education sector, having worked as the Head of the Internet Project's Management sub-faculty at The Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (PhysTech). Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Program Officer at the Moscow Regional Office of The Eurasia Foundation.

Andrei Vakulenko attended The Johns Hopkins University in 1992 where they studied NGO Management. Andrei then pursued a MA in Computer Science & System Analysis from Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation (Technical University) from 1978 to 1984. Andrei also obtained a certification in Management of investment funds, mutual funds, and private pension funds with a rating of 5.0 from the Federal Financial Market Service (FFMC) in 2010.
