Debra Lienhardt

Deb Lienhardt serves as the Chief Business Development Officer and Executive Vice President of Business Development and Innovation at RWJBarnabas Health since April 2019, having previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Business Development. Prior to this, Deb Lienhardt was a Partner at Brach Eichler LLC from February 2002 to March 2019, where significant healthcare deals were facilitated, including counsel to over 50 ambulatory surgery centers and negotiating a deal that resulted in a client receiving over $50 million for the sale of half of its company. Deb Lienhardt earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
