Jim Donnelly

Jim Donnelly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce solutions. Currently serving as Managing Director at Artech L.L.C., Jim oversees comprehensive workforce solutions for the company, which boasts an estimated annual revenue of $925M and around 11,500 employees. Additional roles include a Council Member at the Intelligence and National Security Alliance and host of the "Intelligence Career Conversations" podcast. Previously, Jim held leadership positions at Centerstone Executive Search & Consulting, Dinte Executive Search, ManTech, MCR Federal, and Engility Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed client development, business strategy, and talent acquisition across various sectors, particularly Aerospace and Defense.
