Verónica Romero

Verónica Romero is an experienced professional in climate change and sustainability, currently serving as an Analista de Cambio Climático y Sostenibilidad at Arteche since December 2023. Prior to this role, Verónica worked as a Consultant at EY from October 2021 to December 2023, focusing on Climate Change and Sustainability Services. Verónica's foundational experience includes a research internship at the University of Santiago de Compostela, where a project on social finance and a bachelor’s thesis in microfinance were developed, along with an internship assisting in the evaluation and implementation of quality standards at the university. Academically, Verónica holds a Master of Science in Circular Economy from Chalmers University of Technology and Leiden University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Santiago de Compostela, supplemented by studies at Universidad Central de Venezuela.
