Olivier Verwilghen

Olivier Verwilghen is an experienced finance and operations executive, currently serving as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Artefact, while also holding the position of Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Olivier has contributed to the Timex Group as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance, alongside a role as Director of Operations. Additional experience includes working at Baxter International Inc. in areas such as Merger & Acquisition and Financial Planning & Reporting, as well as serving as a Finance Audit Senior at Deloitte. Olivier Verwilghen's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Engineering from Louvain School of Management and ongoing studies at the CFA Institute since 2008.
