Ugo Spinazzola

Ugo Spinazzola is a seasoned Project Director and Bid Manager at Artelia, specializing in dams, hydroelectricity, and hydraulic infrastructures since February 2016. In this role, Ugo manages a range of projects from feasibility studies to construction supervision, overseeing contract negotiations, financial follow-up, and technical validation while leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering client relationships.
