Mzi Donlin

Mzi Donlin has extensive work experience in operations and manufacturing management. Mzi is currently the Vice President of Operations at NGIS since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Operations Manager and Manufacturing Manager at Dornier MedTech from October 2018 to December 2020, and from July 2019 to July 2019, respectively. From January 2017 to March 2018, Mzi served as the Logistics Material Manager at Textron Specialized Vehicles. At Tug Technologies, they held various roles, including Product/Quality Manager from June 2011 to December 2016, Lean Mfg./Kaizen Officer from January 2007 to June 2011, and Manufacturing Engineer from September 2004 to January 2007. Earlier in their career, Mzi worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Sensitech from July 2001 to June 2004, and at BTU International from July 2000 to July 2001.

Mzi Donlin completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology from 1995-2000. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn on topics such as "Communicating with Transparency," "Grit: How Teams Persevere to Accomplish Great Goals," "Leading in Crisis," "Bill George on Self-Awareness, Authenticity, and Leadership," "How to Make Strategic Thinking a Habit," and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers." These certifications were obtained in August and September of 2020.
