Andrew Vong has extensive experience in the lighting industry, working in various roles for different companies. Andrew started their career in 2003 as a Project Engineer at William Artists International Company Limited, where they managed branding promotions and provided technical support for lighting consultants and designers. In 2005, they joined Artemide as a Project Engineer, where they were responsible for project sales and marketing activities. Andrew then moved on to ERCO in 2007, serving as a Project Manager and later as a District Manager of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. In these roles, they focused on customer and distributor relationships, project management, and defining marketing and sales approaches. In 2014, Andrew returned to Artemide as the Project & Sales Director, overseeing the promotion and creation of projects both locally and overseas. Andrew'sresponsibilities included managing a project and sales team and providing LED solutions for decorative and architectural lighting.

Andrew Vong attended the City University of Hong Kong from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Manufacturing Engineering. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Bradford from 2005 to 2007 and earned a Master in Business Administration degree. The field of study for their master's degree was Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
