Tanner Jones

Tanner Jones has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Currently, they serve as the Director of Delivery for Artemis Search Partners, where they lead a team of Delivery Managers and Technical Recruiters. Tanner is also involved in shaping the overall direction and growth of the company. Prior to this, Tanner worked at Randstad Technologies US, holding various leadership roles. As the Senior Director for Illinois, they managed the full P&L of the region and built relationships with over 100 mid-market clients. Additionally, they oversaw talent delivery and sales operations in the Chicagoland area and led the Des Plaines office, successfully merging two large offices into one and integrating high-performing teams. Tanner also stabilized the Des Moines market by hiring and managing a new team. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter. Before entering the technology industry, Tanner gained experience as a Senior Entertainer and Event Specialist at Master Entertainment.

Tanner Jones attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Communication & Political Science. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in 2023, including "Introduction to Conversational AI," "Introduction to Prompt Engineering for Generative AI," and "Nano Tips for Using ChatGPT for Business with Rachel Woods," all from LinkedIn.
